  • DO YOU OFFER HOUSEHOLD AND BUSINESS STORAGE?

    We offer solutions for both the household and business customer.

  • WHAT SIZE SPACES ARE AVAILABLE?

    We offer a wide range of sizes to accommodate your every need. Our spaces range from 5’ x 5’ all the way up to our extra-large 10’ x 35’ which is a whopping 350 square feet with 10’ tall ceilings!   • DO I HAVE TO SIGN A LONG-TERM LEASE?

    At Spaces Storage we offer month-to-month leases. We also offer the flexibility and convenience of long-term leases if the customer requires that.

  • WHAT KIND OF DOCUMENTATION DO I NEED TO RENT A UNIT?

    We require all of our customers to present a valid government-issued form of Identification (e.g. Driver’s License, State I.D., or Passport).

  • WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT TERMS?

    Your rent is due on the first of each month. We accept checks, debit cards, money orders, and ALL major credit cards. You may also pay on-line through our website, or we can set up automatic debit or auto-charge your credit card each month.

  • CAN I PAY ON-LINE?

    Yes. Click HERE to register your account information and pay on-line!

  • DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?

    We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express.

  • CAN I RENT A SPACE ON-LINE?

    Yes, we offer on-line rentals. Simply choose the size space you need and follow the prompts. Once the rental is completed on-line, simply stop by our office during office hours and pick-up your complimentary lock and receive your gate access code.

  • CAN I RESERVE A SPACE?

    You may reserve a space up to 14 days in advance. To guarantee your reservation we encourage you to contact one of our Storage Professionals and leave a $25 deposit which will be applied to your first month’s rent when you move in.

  • WHAT KIND OF SECURITY DO YOU HAVE?

    Our first priority is protecting your belongings through our state-of-the-art security systems. Our facility features computerized electronic gates with coded access. In addition, our temperature controlled building features coded access as well. Digital security cameras located throughout the facility that record 24/7. Door alarms are provided on drive-up spaces. Our facility also contains security fencing and an abundance of outside lighting.

  • DO YOU PROVIDE LOCKS AND WHO KEEPS THE KEY?

    We provide each of our customers with an “uncuttable” cylinder lock to place on their space. No one will have a key to your unit but you!

  • WHEN CAN I ACCESS MY UNIT?

    Spaces Storage gates are accessible 365 days a year. Normal gate hours are 6am – 10pm. 24-hour access is available subject to the approval of management.

  • CAN OTHERS HAVE ACCESS TO MY UNIT LIKE SPOUSE, KIDS OR FRIENDS?

    Only if you give someone a key to your lock, and your access code, will they be allowed access. The exception would be if you sign a key hold agreement with us to allow the acceptance and delivery of packages to your space.

  • DO YOU HAVE SECURITY CAMERAS?

    We have over 64 digital security cameras located throughout our building that record 24/7 – 365 days a year. In addition, we keep a computerized log of every vehicle that enters and exits our property.

  • WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GATE HOURS AND OFFICE HOURS?

    During gate hours you may use your personal access code to enter the facility and gain access to your unit. Managers are on the property during normal business hours to assist you with your storage needs.

  • WHAT IS TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED STORAGE?

    Our temperature controlled storage spaces are heated and cooled, and maintain a temperature between 62 and 78 degrees. This protects your belongings from extreme temperatures. Items that you would not want to store in a “garage like” environment should be stored in climate control storage.

  • WHAT IS A STANDARD STORAGE SPACE?

    A standard storage space is an outside unit which gives you the ability to simply drive up to your space and unload your belongings directly from your vehicle.

  • WHAT IS A ROLL-UP DOOR?

    Roll-up doors are similar to garage doors, and they are the most common doors used in the self storage industry. The doors roll-up easily overhead for access to your space.

  • WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A INDOOR & OUTDOOR UNIT?

    At Spaces Storage, ALL of our temperature controlled spaces are indoor units that can only be accessed by using your personal access code. Each building has wide hallways with excellent lighting, and music provided for your listening pleasure. Our outside spaces are ALL non-temperature controlled spaces that offer the convenience of drive-up access.

  • AM I REQUIRED TO PURCHASE INSURANCE FOR THE THINGS THAT I STORE?

    It is not mandatory, but we recommend that you carry insurance coverage on your belongings. Check with your insurance agent to determine if you are covered. For your convenience we offer affordable self storage insurance through Safe-Stor Insurance Company. Please ask one of our Storage Consultants about purchasing storage insurance.

  • DO YOU HAVE MOVING CARTS AVAILABLE?

    Complimentary “moving” carts are available at each entrance door.

  • DO YOU SELL MOVING SUPPLIES?

    We carry a full-line of boxes and moving supplies. We have the “Best” prices on boxes in town! We have boxes to fit all of your moving and storing needs.

  • HOW CAN I PAY MY RENT?

    • In Person - Simply come into our office and pay with a check, money order, or credit card. While you are in our office, please enjoy a complimentary cup of Westrock coffee, tea, or cocoa.
    • By Mail - You may mail your payment to our office. Please remember to include your unit number on your check.
    • By Phone - You may call our office and pay with your credit card.
    • Pay On-line - Log on to our website spaces-storage.com and click “Pay Bill.” Create an account and make your payment with a credit card. We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express.
    • Auto-Pay - Fill out a Credit Card Authorization form, and we will automatically charge your credit card on the 1st of every month.
  • DO I NEED TO GIVE NOTICE WHEN I MOVE OUT?

    Yes. We require a ten day move out notice to ensure you do not incur any unnecessary charges. On the day of your move-out please clean your unit and remove your lock. Then please let us know that you have vacated your unit.
